Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Caleb Allen Jewelry Co. Because many of our specialized automotive pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized, we enforce a strict return and cancellation policy. Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations & Production Timeframes

Many of our products are clearly marked as Made-to-Order. Production begins immediately upon order placement.

  • Standard delivery timeframes are stated on each product page.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded mid-production due to a failure to review these stated delivery windows.

2. Returns for Damages & Defects (100% Covered)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at Calebaardsma55@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a 100% free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

3. "Change of Mind" Returns & Restocking Fees

If your item is an in-stock/standard catalog product and you simply change your mind, wish to exchange it, or want to return it for personal reasons:

  • You must contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: All "change of mind" returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective. Items sent back to us without a pre-approved return request will not be accepted.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)

Any item that has been personalized, custom-engraved, or structurally altered to your specifications is considered Final Sale.

  • Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled for a change of mind.

  • The only exception to this rule is if the custom item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, in which case Section 2 applies.
